Production Process

Kao-Chia takes seriously each production process step, from raw material purchasing, production process, quality control to product packaging are complied with ISO 9001:2015 standard. Product is sent to SGS regularly for examination, and every year we held internal training to consistently improved manufacturer and inspectability, as our mission is to become clients's trustworthy partner.

Blowing Film/Bag

Preparation for blowing film/bag

Kao-Chia purchases raw material from a qualified Taiwanese supplier, after incoming quality control, the production line prepares raw material and other additives according to the Bill of Material, such as Anti-rust agent, Anti-Static agent, etc.…, after raw material and additives combine thoroughly, material pipe draws mixture to melting screw, waiting for production.

Production for blowing film/bag

Raw material and additive mixtures are melted through high-temperature, then the machine blows out the product through T-Die just like blowing a chewing gum. Production operator controls airflow to decide film thickness and minimize thickness tolerance, also control width and length. PE bag/film cools down through guiding roller and finally winding on to PVC tube to become a finished product.

During production and examination

Production operator conducts inspection during production regularly to make sure product is within our in-plant standards. Before shipping, QC executes a final check-up on thickness, width, length, and appearance according to ISO 9001:2015 standard. According to the above procedures and strict standards, Kao-Chia not only supplies PE film/bags to domestic clients, and now we actively working to market products to all the world.

Shipping and packaging

When PE film/bag product is ready, we place a plastic bag outside the product for protection and place it on the pallet. Kao-Chia also provides customize packing such as increasing EPE cushion, corrugated paper, paper core…and other packing materials. Kao-Chia has a strict production and inspection standard, we take seriously each process, send products to SGS inspection regularly, and with continuous product development, increasing PE film/bag’s quality and quantity that has gained trust between customers.

GPPS/Acrylic Sheet Production Process

Preparation for plastic sheet

Kao-Chia purchases raw material from a qualified Taiwanese supplier, after incoming quality control, the production line prepares raw material and other additives according to the Bill of Material, such as colorant, diffuser agent, etc.… Kao-Chia uses an auto-dosing and mixing system to make sure the color is consistent. The final mixture will draw from suction feeder to screw and waiting for production.

Production for plastic sheet

The plastic mixture melts in the screw then gluey plastic will be extruded through T-Die, production operator changes on embossed roller according to order then adjust thickness, width, and length. Finally, plastic sheet will slowly cool down via conveyor roller to form plastic sheet. Then each sheet will add either one side or two sides of protective film depends on product type to protect from scratch.

During production and examination

Production operator measures thickness, width, length, and diagonal according to in-plant standard, record the data in the production inspection form. Before shipping, QC runs a final check-up based on ISO 9001:2015 standard. According to the above procedures and strict standards, Kao-Chia has gained a good reputation among clients on construction sheets, and now we actively working to market products to all the world.

Shipping and Packaging

When plastic sheet is ready, production operator place final product on the pallet, the edge wrap with stretch film then packing with corrugated paper, finally fix with PET strips. Kao-Chia also provides customize packing such as adding pallet cover, wood boxes, small packaging every 3~10sheet, customize stickers, carton printing…etc.
