100% New Material of Flat Acrylic Sheet
Transparent Acrylic sheet are made by 100% virgin raw material, the transmittance rate is up to 93%, as good as Glass sheet. Why does Kao-Chia only use 100% virgin raw material? The reason is we want to keep the good quality and reduce the problem from material. Kao-Chia’s team in Taiwan is not only control the origin of material but also not to change production conditions. The flat acrylic sheet is no problem to with PE protective film or brown kraft paper for customer multiple choice. Our Acrylic sheet is making by extrusion.

Acrylic sheets are produced in the cleanroom to reach the best clarity, also suitable for light guide panel applications. Our experienced technician also takes care of quality. We have new extrusion machine in 2021, T-Die too produce only flat Acrylic sheet last year. The production capacity up to 180 tons ~ 200 tons monthly. This new machine is especially in clear room to produce Acrylic sheet to prevent the any dust or dirty. We control our quality and pay attention to every production link.
Main Features
Flat Acrylic sheet is high transmittance up to 93%. The Acrylic sheet is excellent mechanical resistance, good electricity insulation, waterproof, moisture-proof, stable and durable. The raw material of Acrylic is non-toxic. Flat Acrylic sheet is also high impact strength, crack resistance, and excellent weather resistance. Acrylic sheet uses to outdoor due to Anti-UV and heat resistance. The PMMA sheet is easy to secondary procession.
