Equivalent Stretch Film

GT DD Series

The stretch film is a greener version of the current regular stretch film formula of LLDPE plastic. The stretch films are thinner and have an equivalent result in a 17µm (67 gauge) stretch film. By reducing film thickness, we can not only reduce plastic usage but also reduce packing cost, and carbon footprint. We use state of an art 5 layers casting machine, the middle layers were substituted with stronger material to compensate for physical loss, on average saving 40% of plastic usage, and 25% more of the packaging cost.
