Kao-Chia's PE Anti-Static Bag/Film is made of 100% pure polyethylene (PE) and add in Anti-Static agent to co-extrusion the product.
We supply two types of Anti-Static Bag: Permanent and Short Term.
Short Term Anti-Static Bag / Film:
Surface resistance will slowly dissipate according to humidity and could possibly separate out powder, this may affect production and may cause contamination.
The shelf life for Short Term Anti-Static Bag/Film is 6 months when properly stored.
Permanent Anti-Static Bag / Film:
Surface resistance will not dissipate as humidity and environment and surface will not separate out any substances.
The surface resistance of Permanent Anti-Static Bag/Film can up to 10<sup>9</sup>~10<sup>12</sup> ohms
